Shipping policy

Local Pick-Up - 

All local pick-up orders will be gathered as they come in. We will notify the customer when the order is ready for pick-up. Please be prepared to show a valid ID for your order. Failure to have the ID will result in the order being held until the customer who placed the order comes to pick up the items. We cannot accept local pick-up for those that have out of state orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Deliveries - 

All Deliveries will be gathered after 2:00pm (PST) time. Any orders after this time will be delivered the next business day, weather permitting. We will make attempts to deliver the same day if the order is made before the gathering time. Post office boxes, are not considered to be a valid shipping address. Valid address will be considered by our driver at their discretion, upon reaching the address. If unsafe conditions, closed gates, or any other obstructions may occur we may consider the address undeliverable. 
It is preferred that someone be present to accept the delivery, but not necessary if order is under $100. If order is in excess of $100 there must be someone at the address to receive the order. We will be taking pictures of the address, as well as the door step the order is delivered to. Please make sure to put any delivery instructions if necessary. We will not replace orders that are taken from the delivery location. Please see our return and refund policy in the case of damages or stolen products. Missing orders, may result in address becoming unsafe or undeliverable. 

Shipping - 

We offer Domestic shipping to the North American States. Shipping rates will be calculated at check out as weight, size, and distance will be taken into account. Shipping times are given in approximate arrival times, and in business days. Orders after 3pm will be shipped the next business day, excluding Saturdays. Orders will be given a tracking number and sent in the confirmation email. Some orders may require a signature upon arrival. 

It is not recommended to use VPN, or other IP masking software when placing orders. This may cause issues with verification with Credit Processing. We will cancel orders that have moderate to high risk factors.

Hazardous Materials - Due to their nature, we are not looking to ship hazardous materials. We may remove those items, or cancel orders that contain them.

Delays due to in-climate weather, holidays, postal interruptions, or disasters will be notified as we get updates. If for any reason, a package is behind in delivery for more than 7 days, please contact us. 

If your package arrives damaged, we need pictures of the packaging/product that received damages. Please see our return and refund policy, and contact us with the pictures so that we may begin the claim with the carrier.

Shipping 30 Day Holds - 

Some of our items are placed on a 30 day hold from shipping orders. If you experience an issue at check out, please check the description of the items you are attempting to order. These items that have the 30 day hold, will not process with shipping orders. We will be allowing our locals an opportunity to preorder and pick up items before we put them up for shipping. After the 30 Days from release dates, we will relist these items and allow shipping to continue.
