Pre-Order Poilicy

Preorder items are not yet available. The quantity available and "in stock" notations are the quantities we have available for advance order.  If there are other items on the order, the entire order will not ship until all preorders release.  Image, contents, and release date are subject to change. 


Buyout Policy

Cards that may be part of a buy out or spike, are subject to a request of further funds.  We will email the buyer within 48 hours to request additional payment, should we suspect the cards being purchased are part of a spike or buyout.  If we do not receive funds for the additional cards, we will ship cards in value equal to what has been paid.  This is protection for our brand, and for our customers as a whole.  Orders may also be subject to a cancelation at any time regardless of terms.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Astral Games within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Additional Shipping Requirements

Orders that trigger our fraud detection may be required to submit extra information to have these items shipped. A message will be sent to the ordering account's email asking for photo identification to confirm the identity and shipping address of the account. If this information is not recieved within 24 hours of the message being sent, the order may be cancelled and refunded without further notification.

Counterfeit Policy

If cards are suspected to be counterfeit, we reserve the right to hold said cards. All such suspected orders will be reported to Wizards of the Coast, for further investigation.
